These terms govern your use of smokehauz.ng and any purchase from Smoke Hauz, 33a Adebayo Doherty Rd, Lekki Phase 1, Eti Osa 106104, Lagos. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or buy from us. We may ask for proof of age and will cancel and refund any order placed by someone under 18.

2. Products and health notice

Our products are intended for adult use only. Tobacco and smoking products carry health risks and are not suitable for pregnant women, minors or people with certain medical conditions. Colours and appearance may differ slightly from the photos on the site.

3. Orders

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm it after receiving your payment. We may decline or cancel any order, for example because an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in the currency shown on the site and may change without notice, but the price at the time of your confirmed order applies. Payment is by bank transfer only. After checkout, transfer the exact total to the account details shown and send proof of payment to info@smokehauz.ng or +234 906 148 9352 with your order number. We process orders only after payment is confirmed in our account. Orders left unpaid for 24 hours may be cancelled.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the addresses you provide. Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout or confirmed when we confirm your order, and they are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, courier issues or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your account and acceptable use

Keep your login details confidential and give accurate information. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or resell our products as if you were an authorised dealer without our written consent.

8. Intellectual property

The content on smokehauz.ng, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Smoke Hauz or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Lagos State. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
